As an Idaho non-profit, Sunrise Retreats offers professionally facilitated retreats to support for widows as they navigate life after the death of their partner. Our retreats enhance health and wellbeing through connection, deep understanding, education, inspiration, and most of all, hope.

Held in Fairfield, Idaho - home of Hidden Paradise and Camp Rainbow Gold, this beautiful property is the perfect backdrop for our healing weekend retreats. We believe that spending time in nature, creative expression, movement, bodywork, adventure, good food, practice tools, and self-inquiry offer powerful moments of healing!
