Payment & Cancellation Terms
Before submitting payment, please review Sunrise Retreats’ payment and cancellation policy. By making a payment, you (the Participant) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Group Size & Deposit Requirement
Sunrise Retreats experiences are intentionally limited to a small group of 12 participants to ensure personalized, meaningful support. To reserve your spot, a $150 non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of booking. Due to frequent waitlists, this deposit secures your place in the selected retreat.
Registration & Preparation
Once Sunrise Retreat confirms your registration, you are responsible for preparing for your attendance—including transportation to and from the retreat—and submitting requested documentation.
Final Payment & Document Deadline
Full payment and required documentation must be submitted no later than 45 days prior to your retreat start date. If we do not receive these materials on time, your spot will be released. Your registration fee may be refunded or applied to a future retreat within one calendar year, based on availability.
Flexible Payment Options
We understand that healing comes with financial strain. Sunrise Retreats offers flexible payment plans, allowing you to break up the remaining balance into monthly or weekly installments. Please contact us directly to arrange a plan that supports your timeline and needs.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 45 days of your retreat start date, your spot will be released. You may choose to apply your registration fee to a future retreat within one calendar year. If you do not wish to reschedule, your $150 registration fee will not be refunded and will be considered a donation to Sunrise Retreats.

Sunrise Retreats gathers specific information on our website so that we can keep in contact with you, share program information and education.
