Registration

To participate in our Sunrise Retreats program, please follow the steps below:

Fill out the registration form below (Step 1). A member of the Sunrise Retreats team will contact you to address any inquiries and ensure the program meets your needs.
Following contact with our team, please review our payment policy and submit a $150 deposit to reserve your place in the program (Steps 2 and 3).
You will receive additional documents via email, including a medical questionnaire, instructions for accessing to our online portal, and details specific to the class start dates and retreat logistics.

Our retreat program is in high demand, and we regularly have participants from across the country. We value your time and resources, which is why we require a deposit to secure your reservation. The full balance must be paid at least 30 days before the pre-retreat course begins. Confirmation of your enrollment is subject to the completion of all documents and full program payment. If a waitlist is established, we will immediately notify the next registrant of any openings. For questions regarding payment options or scholarships, please reach out to us.

DETAILS

Our thoughtfully designed program includes:

An eight-week online course will be conducted live via Zoom. This interactive course is facilitated by Marni Henderson, B.S. WHE. and takes place before and after the weekend retreat.
Acess to our online Sunrise Retreat community including monthly education topics, resources, and connection with other participants.
Weekend retreat all-inclusive with:
- Accommodations (most rooms are double occupancy, however, we do have a limited number of single-occupancy rooms available)
- All meals
- One 60-minute massage
- Art supplies, equipment, and educational materials for group activities
- Outdoor experiences for all abilities
- A magical weekend experience connecting with others while surrounded by nature and a caringly delightful retreat team (licensed counselor, health and wellness educator, massage therapist, and so much more!)
- Our retreats are not co-ed.

COST

This all-inclusive weekend retreat, including the 8-week professionally facilitated education course, is $1,249.00

With our fundraising efforts and commitment to supporting life after loss, we do have payment options available, as well as a personal fundraising tool to help you experience the life-changing program. For more information, please see the information below.

Financial Support

In the spirit of widows helping widows, Sunrise Retreats is committed to offering financial assistance to those who need it. We do not want cost to be an obstacle to participating in our life-changing retreat program. If you are unable to attend a retreat due to cost, we strongly encourage you to apply for financial assistance and/or allow loved ones to gift you the retreat program through a personal fundraising tool (see sidebar). Financial support is budgeted on a per-retreat basis; this means funding is limited per retreat. If financial support would make a difference in your ability to participate, please indicate so on the following registration form.

We do ask that each participant pay at least the $150 retreat deposit to secure their attendance and place in the education course.
All attendees are encouraged to use our "send her to retreat" tool that allows family and friends to gift them this life-changing experience.

All applications will be reviewed by our Retreat Committee to determine eligibility.

Gifting The Retreat

We have a wonderful tool that can be used by family and friends or yourself, to gift the retreat experience.

With a short description of who and why, we can supply a "personal fundraising page" that directly links funds raised to the retreat participants' registration costs.

Funds raised over $1,249.00 will go towards sending other widows to retreat as well!
