To participate in our Sunrise Retreats program, please follow the steps below:
Our retreat program is in high demand, and we regularly have participants traveling from across the country. We value your time and resources, which is why we require a deposit to secure your reservation. The full balance must be paid at least 30 days before the pre-retreat course begins. Confirmation of your enrollment is subject to the completion of all documents and full program payment. If a waitlist is established, we will immediately notify the next registrant of any openings. For questions regarding payment options or scholarships, please indicate that on the registration form or reach out to us at hello@sunriseretreat.org.

Before submitting payment, please review Sunrise Retreats’ payment and cancellation policy. By making a payment, you (the Participant) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Group Size & Deposit Requirement
Sunrise Retreats experiences are intentionally limited to a small group of 12 participants to ensure personalized, meaningful support. To reserve your spot, a $150 non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of booking. Due to frequent waitlists, this deposit secures your place in the selected retreat.
Registration & Preparation
Once Sunrise Retreat confirms your registration, you are responsible for preparing for your attendance—including transportation to and from the retreat—and submitting requested documentation.
Final Payment & Document Deadline
Full payment and required documentation must be submitted no later than 45 days prior to your retreat start date. If we do not receive these materials on time, your spot will be released. Your registration fee will be refunded or applied to a future retreat within one calendar year, based on availability.
Flexible Payment Options
We offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to break up the remaining balance into monthly or weekly installments. Please contact us directly to arrange a plan that supports your timeline and needs.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 45 days of your retreat start date, your spot will be released. You may choose to apply your registration fee to a future retreat within one calendar year. If you do not wish to reschedule, your $150 registration fee will not be refunded and will be considered a donation to Sunrise Retreats.

In the spirit of widows helping widows, Sunrise Retreats is committed to offering financial assistance to those who need it. We do not want cost to be an obstacle to participating in our life-changing retreat program. If you are unable to participate due to cost, we strongly encourage you to apply for financial assistance and/or allow loved ones to gift you the retreat program through a personal fundraising tool (Send Her To Sunrise). Financial support is budgeted on a per-retreat basis; this means funding is limited per retreat. If financial support would make a difference in your ability to participate, please indicate so on the program registration form.
