The challenge of living without the one with whom we hoped to spend our future life is devastating. And yet, losing a spouse is a natural part of the human experience. Although the grief journey for a widow is a preciously intimate experience, something magical happens when we come together in our healing. 

At Sunrise Retreats, we believe that we can begin to reach out our hands and help others when we have found enough of our own strength. These retreats are a place to find connection, deep understanding, guidance, and most of all, hope.
